Positive: Great spa area — don’t miss the Turkish bath! We were delighted by the breakfast options and found the rooms comfortable with great views. The cabanas by the sea are a lovely spot for whiling away the afternoon. Overall, we had a good stay.
Negative: You can tell a 5-star hotel from the extra touches, and the On’Live fell down in a number of places: stained rugs, broken pool boards and tiles, tricky shower plumbing. It was clear that they wanted to do a great job — I even had a guest relations officer on WhatsApp — but they missed a trick in failing to respond to a request. It just felt like too ordinary a hotel for the price.
Summary: Perfectly nice hotel, but on the pricey side for what you get

Positive: Helpful staff. Amazing facilities. Private logias on the beach. Good breakfast. Good bed. Good value.
Negative: Spa staff a little dry if you haven't booked a paid service. The Snack bar menu is very limited. View from the room is not at all what they show on the site. Yes there is a view but you need to be on the balcony and turn your head to the right.

Positive: Hotel is new with a modern design. Pool is big, spa facilities are good. It is windy in the middle of summer, such a blessing. Staff was so helpful.
Negative: Location is a little far away from Alaçatı, and Ilıca. They charged service fee to serve in their very own snack bar next to pool and bring just a glass to the room. The variety of breakfast is weak.

Positive: Very nice hotel located on a great bay. Staff were great! 5 stars to the hotel team! Terrific view from our room. We enjoyed the breakfast as well, very tasty.

Positive: Staff was very welcoming and friendly, the hotel was overall in good shape with all facilities working as expected. The rooms and facilities were overall comfy, welcoming and clean. The breakfast had a wide variety of options including a lot of vegetarian options. There were some minor details which would have been expected from a 5* hotel, but nevertheless, for the price we paid it was a good option.
Negative: The "no food and drinks from outside" policy is a bit outdated. It's falling short on some key details or a 5 star hotel: - 2 rooms keys should be provided upon check-in - there should be a booklet or information about the hotel amenities, offers and different operating times in the room - the key card could/should also provide the WiFi password - some water bottles upon checkout would be a nice touch as most travelers will be driving to the airport or next destination - the bed duvet was too small for the size of the bed
